If a container Installer has been specified, it should be used even though container home has been specified
Today, if container home has been specified, a specified Installer (ZipUrlInstaller for example) is ignored. I suggest that a specified Installer should always be used, regardless if a container home has been defined or not.
If so, a specified container home could be used to override the container home value defined by the Installer. This would provide for cases where the zip structure doesn't adhere to the hard-coded folder structure.
