Refresh deployment descriptors to have updated license

Description

When going through the IP check with cargo-uber-jar 1.7.3 at eclipse fnd, it was brought to my attention that few files have unclear and/or obsolete license headers, in particular:

The following files contain possibly problematic license info:

1 2 3 4 5 cargo-codehaus-cargo-1.7.3.zip/cargo-codehaus-cargo-1.7.3/core/api/module/src/main/resources/org/codehaus/cargo/module/internal/resource/application_1_3.dtd cargo-codehaus-cargo-1.7.3.zip/cargo-codehaus-cargo-1.7.3/core/api/module/src/main/resources/org/codehaus/cargo/module/internal/resource/ejb-jar_2_0.dtd cargo-codehaus-cargo-1.7.3.zip/cargo-codehaus-cargo-1.7.3/core/api/module/src/main/resources/org/codehaus/cargo/module/internal/resource/orion-web-9_04.dtd cargo-codehaus-cargo-1.7.3.zip/cargo-codehaus-cargo-1.7.3/core/api/module/src/main/resources/org/codehaus/cargo/module/internal/resource/web-app_2_3.dtd cargo-codehaus-cargo-1.7.3.zip/cargo-codehaus-cargo-1.7.3/core/api/util/src/test/resources/jboss-standalone.xml

for SUN Restrictive files, except of orion-web-9_04.dtd, there exist updated versions of those files with better license terms - either CDDL/GPLv2 (in javaee/glassfish github repo) or EPL2.0/GPLv2 (in eclipse-ee4j/glassfish github repo). I'd prefer going with the most recent EPL2.0/GPLv2 option.

for jboss-standalone.xml - it looks to me that the license in this file is wrong and should be Apache License v2 instead
