Added CARGO daemon support, see patch file.
The CARGO daemon is a Java web application, that listens for commands to start and stop a container remotely over HTTP. It can be fully remotely configured, just like a local container.
The daemon is meant to be listening 24/7, to allow users to deploy new containers and web applications at their command. As such, support was added to forcibly stop a container should it fail to be stopped, to allow for smooth operation.
Currently it can be configured through the Maven plugin, and it can also be configured through a web interface that allows a user to start a new container with a deployable.
